Hello, I’m Dr. Rebecca Holman — a Clinical Psychologist with over 12 years’ experience in the NHS, specialising in supporting children and young people with autism.
Minds That Thrive offers personalised, evidence-based psychological assessments, interventions and training that helps children and young people with autism to flourish emotionally.

We offer the following:

-
Emotional Wellbeing Assessments – to help you understand your child or teen’s mental health needs.
-
Parent Groups (virtual)– to give you practical CBT skills for supporting younger children with anxiety or anger.
-
Guided Self-Help for Teens (age 13-17) – small, virtual led groups for teens struggling with anxiety, self-esteem, or managing emotions.
-
Training for schools– equipping staff to help autistic children feel understood, supported, and able to thrive.

At Minds That Thrive, we care deeply about making a difference. As a social enterprise, every penny of profit helps us provide free support for autistic children and families here in the UK — and also gives children across the world access to education and healthcare. We are committed to giving back and to helping every child have the chance to thrive.

Making sense of emotions together; a clear
path for your child's wellbeing.
Our Emotional Wellbeing Assessment and formulation gives you a full picture of your child or teen’s mental health. Practical strategies, caring support, real change.
Our CBT-led virtual Parent Groups support parents of children under 12 who are struggling with anxiety or anger. These small, friendly groups are delivered virtually, so you can join from the comfort of home. They bring together families who truly understand, offering a safe space to share experiences while learning evidence-based strategies from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. You’ll leave with practical tools and the confidence to help your child manage big emotions.

Our Teen Guided Self-Help virtual Groups are small, safe, and expertly facilitated, supporting 13–17-year-olds with the challenges they face today — from self-esteem and self-acceptance to understanding their unique differences and strengths. Through virtual sessions, teens learn about anxiety, why emotions feel overwhelming, and practical ways to regulate them. With guidance and a supportive space, they gain skills and confidence to navigate life’s ups and downs.
