Hello, I’m Dr. Rebecca Holman — a Clinical Psychologist with over 12 years’ experience in the NHS, specialising in supporting children and young people with autism.

Minds That Thrive offers personalised, evidence-based psychological assessments, interventions and training that helps children and young people with autism to flourish emotionally.

We offer the following:

  • Emotional Wellbeing Assessments – to help you understand your child or teen’s mental health needs.

  • Parent coaching to support under 12's - focusing on anxiety and anger (small, virtual groups)– to give parents practical evidence based skills for supporting younger children with anxiety or anger.

  • Individual therapy for Teens (age 13-17) – personalised, evidence-based talking therapy to help teens who are struggling with anxiety, self-esteem, or managing emotions.

  • Training for schools– equipping staff to help autistic children feel understood, supported, and able to thrive.

At Minds That Thrive, we care deeply about making a difference. As a social enterprise, every penny of profit helps us provide free support for autistic children and families here in the UK — and also gives children across the world access to education and healthcare. We are committed to giving back and to helping every child have the chance to thrive.
